End Portal Tutorial for new players

Minecraft is gaining more players every year. And with each new player, some old questions repeat itself. End portal is definitely one of the popular topics. Every now and then I see people asking questions on social media that goes like

"How to make End Portal?"

"I made End Portal with Eye of Ender but it doesn't work."

"My End Portal isn't working, help."
